There came a point in my nursing career when I realized I had developed a deep fear-fear that I would become even more ill than I already had been. Over the years I’d been diagnosed with multiple ailments,and despite everything I knew and practiced as a nurse, I felt myself slipping further into a place I didn’t want to go. I didn’t want to become one of the terminally ill patients I cared for.

I knew both professionally and personally, that the body follows the mind. I had clear evidence of that truth within my own body. I wasn’t just carrying the weight of the childhood trauma-I was also holding onto the cumulative impact of every life experience, including the emotional toll of years spent witnessing suffering and pain as a nurse.

These unresolved emotions had been showing up in my body in many ways. Over the course of my life, I tried countless treatments and healing modalities, all in search of relief- mostly from chronic pain. But something deeper had to change.

That’s when I made the difficult but necessary decision to leave my position at the hospital. I knew I had to find answers-not just for myself, but so I could continue helping others from a healthier more aligned place.

While enrolled in an Integrative Nurse Coaching program, a dear childhood friend introduced me to eutaptics. After just a few sessions, I began to experience profound results-physically, emotionally,and mentally. It was unlike anything I have tried before. The chronic pain I had carried for years began to ease. I felt lighter, clearer and more connected to myself. But even more importantly,I began to release old emotional patterns and limiting beliefs that had kept me stuck for so long.

For the first time I felt a real sense of hope-not just temporary relief. I understood that healing was possible at the root level,not just through managing symptoms.

Those sessions changed everything. I knew in my heart that I had found my path-my niche-a way to continue caring for others, but now in a way that addressed the deeper layers of trauma,stress and stored emotion. It was the missing piece I had been searching for.

Today I am a certified eutaptics practitioner, and I’ve had the privilege of working with clients one-on-one-helping them achieve real lasting results just like I did. It’s incredibly rewarding to witness people release emotional pain, shift old patterns, and reclaim their health and clarity.

What I love most is seeing the transformation in others-the light returning to their eyes,the relief in their bodies, and the renewed sense of empowerment they carry after a session. It’s deeply personal and powerful process, and I’m honored to guide people through it.

My own healing journey led me here. And now, I get to walk beside others as they begin theirs.
